Beautiful cosmic creations by Josef Hercík, Czechoslovakian graphic artist and master stamp engraver. From 1962 onwards, Hercík designed over 400 stamps and won numerous awards for his highly imaginative graphic style. Bold, expressive and ever so slightly psychedelic, Hercík's work is made all the more extraordinary considering much of it was hand-etched into thumbnail-sized pieces of steel.
